How do I use Payoneer to receive payouts?
Payoneer is only available as an Airbnb payout method in certain countries at this time. To see if it's available to you, look for it when you add a payout method. If the option appears for your selected country, you'll be able to sign up for Payoneer.
When submitting your information to Payoneer, be sure that you sign up using the same address that you entered on the Airbnb payout method page. After signing up, Payoneer will approve your details or ask for supplemental information by email within 2 days. You may be required to submit a copy of your government issued ID or Social Security card. When approved by Payoneer, a card will be mailed to you within 4-15 business days. You need to activate the card to receive funds. If you don’t receive the card, please contactPayoneer customer service.
Payoneer allows you to receive payouts directly to a Payoneer Prepaid Debit MasterCard®. Once activated, Airbnb will load your payouts in USD, and you can view your balance on Payoneer’s website. Airbnb releases payouts 24 hours after the check-in date, and Payoneer typically delivers the funds to your account within 1-3 hours.

*In addition to the fees mentioned above, there are fees for transactions originated outside of the Payoneer country of issuance and fees for charges in a currency different than the card currency. At this time, all Airbnb issued Payoneer cards are in the currency USD.
